Tehran is willing to reinitiate nuclear negotiations with the United States on condition that it is treated with "dignity" and "respect", Tehran's top diplomat has declared.

The Iranian diplomat declared exclusively dialogue produced results, and disclosed new appeals had originated from mediators to reopen discussions with the American leadership. He asserted Iran possessed no unreported enrichment locations, and Iran had not yet reached a point to authorize the International Atomic Energy Agency to inspect attacked atomic facilities for protective measures.

Walking a Complex Path

Araghchi is walking a difficult route since Iran wishes not to be seen to be operating from a stance of vulnerability, and he insisted repeatedly that Iran had arisen more resilient militarily and psychologically from the joint assault on its enrichment centers in June.
